Q1. How I can start watching the videos for the first time?

 

1. You purchase the product

2. You request site membership (Sign Up page) and wait until the membership registration process is completed (see also Q2)

3. From main menu, you select "Log In" and you log in with your credentials used in Sign Up

4. Go to the members area and start watching the videos

Q2. How do I request site membership (Sign Up) and what means the membership registration process "is completed"?

The Sign Up page is used in order to commence the site membership registration process. You must register by using the email address you have already used as a customer (in order to validate your identity) and password of your choice.Then, you must wait until your site membership is approved. You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Then, your membership registration process is completed and you will you will be able to Log In.

Q3. I have just signed up, why I cannot login to the members area?

1. You have not purchased the product

2. Your site membership registration process is not completed yet (see also Q2)

3. You try to Log In from a different site than the one you have purchased the videos

  • If you have purchased the product from the English store, go to English store and Log In

  • If you have purchased the product from the Greek store, go to Greek store and Log In

4. You try to Log In with different credentials than those you used in registration process (Sign Up)

Q4. How do I know if my site membership is valid?

 

Your site membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, your membership expires. If you forgot when your membership expires, contact us to send you this information. You site membership must be valid in order to login to members area. If you can login to the members area, then your site membership is still valid.

Q5. Why I can't I access the videos?

1. You have not purchased the product

2. Your site membership has expired (see also Q4)

3. Your site membership registration process is not completed yet (see also Q2)

4. You try to Log In from a different site than the one you have purchased the videos

  • If you have purchased the product from the English store, go to English store and Log In

  • If you have purchased the product from the Greek store, go to Greek store and Log In

5. You try to Log In with different credentials than those you used in registration process (Sign Up)

6. You have not visited the members area of the website

 

 

Q6. What if I don't remember my password?

If you don't remember your password you can go to the main menu, and select Log In. In the Log In page you can select "Forgot password?" and request to change your password.
